2 Cute DIY Father's Day Cards

Here are 2 cute DIY Father's Day Card tutorials that are so simple and beautiful to boot. A three-dimensional pop-up card has so many possibilities by changing the paper color and pattern — and the negative space of the letter "A" becoming a heart is sweet. I've seen a lot of macaroni art, but painting bowtie pasta to look like actual bowties is brilliant! The pop-up template and instructions can be found at One Dog Woof and the bowtie pasta card tutorial at The Gold Jellybean

Upcycled soup can luminaries

I love luminaries during the holidays, but the traditional paper bags filled with sand only get one use which seems like a bit of a waste. Soup or vegetable cans make wonderful luminaries and you only need some paint, a hammer and a nail to create intricate patterns.
