It's finally Friday. Who else is feeling excited about this? As a freelance designer, I pretty much work every day, but Friday still seems magical. A little less pressure and the option to sleep late on the weekend.
Hood to Coast
You might be wondering where Charming Ink has been this summer. Training. To run the 199-mile relay race "Hood to Coast" from Mount Hood to the Pacific Ocean in Seaside Oregon. What an experience! Our 12-person team ran non-stop for 34 hours to complete the journey and raise money for cancer research. Hands down this was the hardest thing physically that I've ever done and our team was amazing.

Vacay
Yes — it was vacation time and that means a break from everything — even posting. Here are a few of the beautiful blossoms we encountered on our annual hike in Rocky Mountain National Park. Everything was spectacular this year. There seemed to be more rain and the wildflowers were exquisite.
