Chalk this one up to kicking myself for not buying one. The painting in the upper left of the "El" called "Rolling Out" by artist Jeb Matulich immediately caught my eye at a local art walk recently. I think Paule's style is lovely and she has the cutest series of prints based on her digital paintings of girls with dogs for sale in her etsy shop. She also does custom work and portraits. Follow her work at her blog here.

What a fantastic way to sketch without investing a fortune in art supplies! Odosketch is an online flash drawing application where you can create and save digital drawings. When you click on other users sketches you get a time-lapse video that shows how the work was built layer by layer. Very cool.
Oh yeah. This is talent. Each garment and accessory is first sketched and then sewn to order, freehand, on the artist's Singer sewing machine. Who knew thread could look like a pen and ink drawing? Apparently the talented artist behind the Etsy shop IMAGO drift. Stitch on!
