While browsing art prints at Etsy I stumbled across the work of Janet Hill. I love her style and these are four of my favorite reproductions of her original oil paintings.
Maxfield Parrish - "the Lantern Bearers"
I've always loved the art of Maxfield Parrish. This particular illustration from 1908 is titled "the Lantern Bearers."
Cart Before the Horse
Have you seen the folk-art painted muslin dolls by Cart Before the Horse? Each piece is crafted by hand and beautifully detailed by the husband and wife team of Dylan & Jo. I can't decide which is my favorite.
The artwork of Terry Fan
Bad pun alert so don't say I didn't warn you. I'm a fan of Terry Fan. He's a Toronto-based illustrator with a unique style derived from a blend of traditional and digital methods. If you'd like to have some of his work grace your walls, you can purchase prints at society6.
Heather Ross Prints
Illustrator, artist, seamstress, author—the list goes on for the talented Heather Ross. She has a new book out, "Heather Ross Prints: 50+ Designs and 20 Projects to Get You Started." If you purchase the book on her site you have the option of also receiving a set of signed, limited edition prints.
Color crush
I'm really drawn to pink and grey of late so it's no wonder this "Be Brave" art print caught my eye. Kelli Murray is the artist.
Upcycled bicycle chain chandeliers
Carolina Fontoura Alzaga is the artist behind a series of chandeliers made from upcycled bicycle parts.
Her work can be purchased in her Etsy shop. See Carolina in action in the video below.
