Love this. Leesandra Diaz makes all kinds of paper art using the technique of quilling. Quilling involves strips of paper that are formed into decorative shapes by coiling, crimping and folding. and You can see more of her work on her blog, Sweet Spot or purchase your very own creation at her Etsy shop.

These tiny wire bird nests are charming and the full DIY instructions can be found on her site here. As you can probably tell, I'm attacted to anything this particular shade of blue the past couple of days. I have to warn you that when this happens, it lasts a while so buckle up.
Oh yeah. This is talent. Each garment and accessory is first sketched and then sewn to order, freehand, on the artist's Singer sewing machine. Who knew thread could look like a pen and ink drawing? Apparently the talented artist behind the Etsy shop IMAGO drift. Stitch on!
