Look at this cute DIY pop-up card tutorial over at Paper Source. Be sure to download the PDF for complete instructions. It's the first item under the "materials needed" list. Dimensional cards really make an impact and I'd like to try this pop-up technique with some other themes.
These paper illustrations by artist Helen Musselwhite are amazing. Each creation is hand cut, folded and scored to build the layers of the scenes of the natural world which is Helen's inspiration. Well I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm inpsired by Helen.
