Watercolor Script Save the Date Invites

A new save the date design is hot off the drawing board at Charming Ink. A beautiful swirly script font with a watercolor effect is simple and elegant. This design is available in two colorways and in two formats — order straight from Zazzle and they'll handle the printing and shipping or you can purchase a digital file from Charming Ink and customize and print your invites in the comfort of your own home.

DIY Printable Wedding Invitation

DIY invitations are here! Now you can edit and print your invitations at home. The Floral Watercolor Collection is the first design in this new line. The suite includes an invitation, response card and thank you note. The best part is you can edit them yourself in Microsoft Word, Apple Pages or Adobe InDesign. That's right — you get all three file formats. All fonts are free and links are included in the instructions download. You can change the fonts or text color in this design, but not the flowers as they are an image. Future designs coming with editable color graphics.

DIY and PIY

New things are in the works! DIY (do it yourself) and PIY (print it yourself) templates are now available for purchase.

The first addition is this modern business card template perfect for the freelance makeup artist or stylist. The files are editable and the color of the graphics can be changed as you wish. Links to the free fonts used are included in the download PDF information file. You will receive digital print-ready CMYK files with bleed in several file formats:

  • Adobe Illustrator .AI
  • Adobe InDesign .IMDL .INDD
  • Ecapsulated Postscript .EPS

Final print size is 3.5 x 2 inches. 3.75 x 2.25 with bleed.

New files will be added monthly. If you don't want to print it yourself this design is also available for purchase in my Zazzle shop in packs of 100 cards.

Delicious Deco Notecards by Louise Fili

I recently received a review package with  "Quatre Mots Francais notecards" from Princeton Architectural Press. The lovely boxed set of four designs was created by Louise Fili, one of my favorite designers. Her inspiration derives from the Art Deco movement and ironwork decorating the city of Paris. The French translates as: Merci (thank you); Salut (greetings); Plaisir (pleasure); Bisous (kisses). There are three prints of each design for a total of 12 notecards with white envelopes. They're so pretty I might have to frame one set as wall art!
