License Agreement for Clipart & Grapics

Purchasing and downloading files from Charming Ink signifies you have agreed with the following policies, terms and conditions. These policies are subject to change.

Downloaded files are licensed to the purchaser only.

Since the files are digital and downloaded upon receipt of payment, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Allowed Usage of Graphics & Clip Art:

•  To gussy up your personal website, blog header, Etsy shop header, Facebook cover image, blog posts, or page content.
• To create Flattened designs for Cards, Invitations, Business Cards, Tags, Calendars, Catalogs, and Brochures for small commercial and personal use. Please create the final file in either flattened jpeg or pdf format.
• As part of custom website design (premade website templates usage is not allowed).
• Logo Designs for small commercial and personal use.
   

Forbidden Usage of Graphics & Clip Art:

• Redistributing or selling files in their original form.
• Sharing graphics or clipart. The downloaded clip art is licensed to ONE user only.

Usage Requiring an Additional License

• Creating products for sale on print-on-demand websites (Cafe Press, Zazzle, Spoonflower, etc).
• Creating art prints, fabric designs, rubber stamps, and other tangible goods for resale. 
• Creating design templates for resale: website templates, business card templates, electronic greeting card templates, brochure design templates, page layouts, html email templates, invitation templates, digital collage sheets, and scrapbooking templates.
