There's a new store in downtown McKinney practicing the art of handmade hats! Bay Willow Design makes beautiful headwear. The owner, Jenny Mathison-Foster gave me a behind-the-scenes peek at her collection of nearly 200 hat forms — most dating from the 1930's. You too can see her workshop firsthand this Saturday and Sunday as part of MAST (McKinney Art Studio Tour). Artists all over town will be opening their studios to the public.
